Alright so this was done with two bottom coats of Sally Hansen Fuchsia Power (which I really think looks more like a bubblegum pink...) and Konad plate m59.
I did this as a cute girly design, just for fun. Then I added some sparkle with a silver glitter nail polish pen. I don't think it was my best work. Just a little experiment.
